Since 2006 the Airtec is helpful of networking the suppliers of the aerospace industry and to intensify the exchange information between suppliers and buyers. This makes an important contribution to the development of the industry and can gives fresh impetus of the aeropace industry after the economic and financial crisis ."[1] At the fair the entire supply chain of the aerospace industry from design, engineering, testing, simulation of materials, production, tools, components and systems, electronics, sensors up to lifecycle support is shown. The trade exhibition is focus on new technologies, innovations and trends and provides a varied overview of the aerospace supply industry. This constitutes an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their capabilities, skills and know-how and support to OEMs and systems suppliers in the search and orientation for new technical and economic solutions. The Academic Association Air Group of the TU Dresden consists students from all disciplines at the Technical University of Dresden. In addition to the glider flying they do research and develop in their free time.
