The Saxony Economic Development Corporation  together with the AeroSpace Initiative Saxony (ASIS) and the Competence Centre of Aerospace and Space Technology Saxony / Thuringia. (LRT) organized a joint stand for Saxon companies at fair  "Aerospace Testing 2010" in Moscow from 4th to 6th October 2010.

 In 2010 the annual fair was carried out  for 7th time and is in addition to the two-yearly "MAKS" the national fair for the aviation and aerospace industry in Russia.

In addition to ADZ Nagano GmbH and GalvanoTechnik Leipzig GmbH also HTS GmbH, IMA GmbH Dresden and Fraunhofer IZFP Dresden were present at the booth in Moscow. Moreover, the Controllersolution GmbH as a specialist in the field of regulation and testing from Ottobrunn and the solenoid valves manufacturer MV automation systems GmbH from Beierfeld attended also the fair as exhibitor.

At the Aerospace Testing 2010  85 Exhibitors from Russia, Germany, USA, France, India and the Czech Republic took part. In addition to the traditional business, many new exhibitors are involved with a booth. This year's exhibitors, mainly leading operators in the aviation industry attracted more than 4.500 Visitors.

Experts from various regions of Russia had the opportunity to share experiences and learn more about the products of leading domestic and international manufacturers in the aviation industry.

This year's fair  focus  was very clear directed on  measurement technique and measurement technology, the exhibitors presented various new procedures in practical demonstrations.

Very interesting was  to see how ASIS was perceived by various visitors of the fair, they noted there is a joint initiative, which represents the aerospace companies of an entire region. Many recognized and appreciated the high value of ASIS activities.  Visitor gratefully accept  information about the portfolio of the Saxon network partners. On the whole by  beeing present at various fairs, the great potential of aviation and space industry in Saxony  will be recognized more and more by industry-related representatives of different countries. For the future the good contacts to Russia  should be broadened and deepened.

 From 04th to 06th Oktober 2011 the Aerospace Testing 2011 take place  in Russia.
